Posting a story from the LA Times about the story how Sylvester Stallone supposedly made Panerai famous in the mid-90's after the brand was made available to the public in 1993 after exclusively manufacturing for the Italian navy. He supposedly bought limited edition Panerais and distributed them to the crew at that time and they are now worth thousands of dollars!!
